The Peshwa trilogy is a series of three carefully researched and brilliantly written books on the Maratha confederacy. Author Dr. Uday S. Kulkarni undertook this monumental project after he retired as a surgeon in the Indian Navy.
The trilogy is replete with meticulously researched historical documents, maps, illustrations and references. Nehru Centre has planned a series of monthly discussions on the trilogy and is pleased to invite you to the first discussion on The Era of Baji Rao: An Account of the Empire of the Deccan.
Accompanying Dr. Kulkarni on the
panel will be Shri Amit Paranjape and Dr. Gaurav Gadgil. The discussion will be
moderated by Ms. Soniya Khare.
