As part of our National Reading Month celebrations, Nehru Centre Library hosted a delightful Meet the Author session with Vinitha, featuring her book The Girl Who Wouldn't Stay Within the Lines.
Through the inspiring story of Bhikaiji
Cama (Madam Cama), children learned about courage, patriotism, and the
spirit of questioning boundaries. The session became even more engaging as the
young participants designed and coloured their own flags, sharing the
significance behind each creation with the author.
The event concluded with an
interactive book-signing session, leaving children with cherished memories and
a renewed love for reading and history.
